Welcome,
Thank you for being here!
I am a marriage and family therapist in California (license #139272). I received a BA degree in psychology from CSU Northridge, and a MA degree in psychology with emphasis on marriage and family therapy from Philips Graduate University.
I have worked with a variety of therapeutic needs. My practice includes an in depth focus on anxiety, depression, anger, grief/loss, life transitions, family/relationship concerns, infidelity, codependency, substance use, identity, trauma and abuse, childhood trauma/inner child healing, personality disorders, ocd, perfectionism, bipolar, adhd, ptsd, c-ptsd, and the like.
Often, clients are looking for relief, understanding, and action. I aim to guide you there.
I utilize a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused, and existential / psychodynamic therapies in my practice, which allow for collaborative exploration of the past, present, and/or future. This approach highlights your strengths and untapped resources you may not have recognized, and aids in insight, confidence, and feeling better equipped for life's challenges.
I would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have about my services. Thank you, and I hope to meet you soon!
****I am accepting new clients as of January 2025.
